To cure her cancers, she just drink a glass of milk (breast milk) every day to be able to build the immune system
Jones had been a lactation consultant at the John Flynn for 14 years and said that he was aware of the benefits of breastfeeding. "I never tasted it and did not want it, but I believe in the efficacy of milk," added Jones. In 2010 researchers in Sweden have published a study that showed breast milk can kill cancer cells.
SINCE being diagnosed with cancer, an Australian woman, Jenny Jones (62) drink a glass of milk (breast milk) every day. He believes that the effort could save his life.
He was taking a daily dose of 400 ml of milk from an anonymous donor since he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma or bone marrow cancer, seven months ago.
ASI has indeed been shown to help build the immune system in newborns and is a unique source of nutrients that can not be replaced by other foods.
Although treatment with the breast feeding is not prescribed by a doctor, Jones has backed the decision by doctors at John Flynn Hospital and Mater Hospital in Brisbane where he was treated.
She said the cancer was diagnosed in December when he was quite severe. But after a month, taking a daily dose of milk, he said the rate has been reduced significantly.
The mother of three children are admitted to also undergo standard cancer treatments, including oral chemotherapy. Dr. Steven Stylian oncologist said that it is difficult to know which treatments are most effective for Jones, but said that he would not rule out breast milk treatment. "All kinds of treatment should be evaluated and I am open-minded about it," he said.
