The good news about chocolate

Who says health care is difficult? Health is not just about the sports activity, adequate sleep and nutritious food. But the heart is comfortable atmoshpere and stress can also reduce disease.

One fun way to keep health is eating chocolate. Why chocolate? because eating chocolate can reliably make the heart cozy and improve one's mood.

As quoted from the book "Healthy Eating Healthy Living ', nutrition expert from Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), Prof.. dr. Ali Khomsan wrote that chocolate is an alternative food in maintaining health.

"Often the question arises to me about how much we should eat chocolate. I said there is no definite recommendation for this nutrient. But at least two times a week eating chocolate or drinking chocolate milk every day can still be accepted," said Prof. Khomsan, such as written Sunday (05/26/2013).

Prof Khomsan also wrote that chocolate has a lot of fans. Amazingly, the chocolate will not cause addiction. It's just that for some people, taste the delicious chocolate may cause the desire to eat them again.



"It's called a chocolate craving. Impact will affect behavior and chocolate suasa (mood) that people miss. Rindu chocolate for flavor, texture, bitter sweet, and so forth," he said.

It is also associated with the content of phenylethylamine which is a substance similar to amphetanine which can increase absorption of tryptophan into the brain which will then generate dophamine.

"Dophamine is what makes a person can feel happy. Not only that, phenylethylamine is also associated with the emergence of feeling like people are in love," he wrote.

Prof Khomsan added that the principle of nutrition is actually easy. "Eat all types of food in moderation to get the benefits for health and fitness".
