Talking about Women skin health, here's several points we should consider to do.

As reported Timesofindia on Monday (26.11.12) about women skin health. A consultant dermatologist from India, Dr Ninan Madnani, sharing secrets for women to keep their skin looking young always.

When the body is dehydrated, exhaustion caused by stress and lack of vitamins into the bloodstream, not the heart, lungs or brain, which was first attacked, but the skin. Hence, it is important to always keep skin looking young for women skin health.


Actually, there are many ways that can be done by women to keep the skin to keep it looking young without surgery. Keep skin looking young does not mean that inhibits aging, but rather to slow down the aging process. There are so many women who are having skin look older than younger women.


1. Use sunscreen

Many women who suffer from sensitive skin from cosmetics, soaps, cleaners are often used.

Women with sensitive skin should use the sunscreen during outdoor activities. It was done for skin sheltered from reflected sunlight.

Avoid using toners that contain hazardous materials such as alcohol. Because it can make your skin Irritation.

Most importantly, use products specifically for sensitive skin so as not to aggravate your skin.


2. Lipid

Organic compounds that can make this live-cell function derived from oil made from proteins, fatty acids and kolestor. Lipids present in the top layer of skin to form a protective layer that holds moisture and capable of removing the impurities in the skin.

As you age, the formation of lipids in the skin slows down.

To get a good lipid can be done by eating foods such as fish, eggs, chicken and foods that come from good fats such as cheese, yogurt and nuts.

3. Fluid

Fluids are an important part of your body's health. Fluid obtained not only from the body of water you drink during the day.

Skin's ability to repair and produce new cells depends on the fluid obtained. Got the right amount of fluid is able to produce fresh looking skin.

In hot and humid weather conditions, it is recommended to drink at least three liters of water a day. Antioxidants such as vitamins C and E improve repair and cell formation.

It is advisable to avoid caffeine and alcohol in large quantities. Lots of caffeine and alcohol can lead to lose a lot of water in your body.

4. Sport

Doing regular exercise could help skin care from the inside. For those women who may not like strenuous exercise such as treadmill, lifting weights or cycling, can be tested with a relatively relaxed exercise such as yoga.

Keep in mind, one of the movements found in yoga can melawaan premature aging. In addition to yoga, do another sport please yourself. Such as brisk walking, jogging and aerobics.
