How to squeeze pimples well?

Dermatologists often say, do not squeeze pimples at random. However, this practice may be difficult to remove. Because, there are still some ignorant people who want to rush to remove acne from the face by squeezing.

"This is a habit that is hard to avoid by everyone. So, the best step is to find a way how to squeeze pimples do not damage the skin more," says Joshua Zeichner, director of Cosmetic and Clinical Research Department of Dermatology, Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, Wednesday, October 3, 2012.

According to Joshua Zeichner, there are several ways to do before pressing the pimples out of face. This step should be done so that the push is not inflamed acne or aggravate parts of the skin. Here's what you can and can not do:

1. After pressing and remove acne from pores, apply antibacterial gel in areas where acne is issued. Use antibacterial gel that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to relieve inflammation.

2. Wash your face using your regular cleanser. Then, wash your face with warm water, to soften acne. Basuhkan little alcohol on the acne area to kill the germs in the vicinity of acne before push.

3. Press acne that is already visible pus (white color) on its surface. Do not try to suppress acne is red, because it will only irritate your skin.

4. Never squeeze pimples in your face state still wearing makeup or moisturizer. Because the chemicals are still stuck on your face will only worsen inflammation.

5. Use special cleaning tools and sterile blackheads can be found in pharmacies or health equipment store. Then, use the tool by tapping the skin around the pimple, not the acne.

6. Do not often touch the acne scars that have been squeezed or recently released from the pores. Because, if too much pressure on acne scars can leave scars.
