 Going out of the house can not be prevented if we have a lot of activities. It is very risky considering acquiring or transmitting disease so often meet people and new people, so it does not prevent us from contracting the flu.

4. Gargling with salt water can also be an alternative. Because usually if you've got the flu, it feels sore throat when swallowing. For that you can try gargling a glass of warm water mixed with one teaspoon of salt.

5. Steam will also help in the relief of respiratory congestion of the mucus in the nose when you're down with the flu. For that you can inhale the steam from hot water. You simply use a big bowl of hot water to the container, then inhaled deeply into the steam.
