If you think it can 'sleep debt', you are wrong. According to research by a team from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, long sleep on weekends is not effective to restore the condition of the body that do not fit because of lack of sleep.

They say, how much time that people use while sleeping at the weekend, concerned it still will not have proper rest periods. Thus quoted Genius Beauty, Thursday (14/07/2011).

The researchers met with some volunteers with specific schemes. They must follow certain period of time. During the first four nights, they have to sleep for eight hours, six nights after that for six hours, as we usually do on weekdays. For three nights, all trial participants were allowed to sleep for ten hours.

It was found that long sleep on Saturday can help to get rid of sleepiness, but can not help restore the body's strength and vitality.

Researchers have noted that such a relaxation can help more women than men. Conditions that can really get rid of fatigue with the help of a long sleep on weekends.
